Norwalk man charged with forcibly taking car from girlfriend
NORWALK -- A city man whose unhappy girlfriend tried to get him arrested and later tried to ditch him at a Connecticut Avenue gas station last year has been arrested for forcibly taking the car his girlfriend was driving.
