Suspended Minnesota Vikings cornerback Chris Cook has made a court appearance on a felony assault charge alleging he tried to choke his girlfriend during a disagreement over the weekend. Cook did not enter a plea at Wednesday's appearance in Hennepin County court. Judge Robert Small ordered that Cook be on supervised release if he's allowed to leave the state for work.
