A police affidavit released today describes the intense moments leading up to Lee Grace Dougherty's capture after she and her two brothers, dubbed the 'Dougherty Gang,' crashed their car following a high-speed police chase in Colorado. In it, Dougherty said that she "deserved to get shot."
