UPDATE: Girlfriend Arrested in Stabbing Death
The girlfriend of the man stabbed to death on Saturday in Rochester has been arrested. Police say Michelle Spirles, 38, stabbed Andre Biggs, 22, in the neck at her home on Evergreen Street.
